The 10-acre Oak Park Property consists of two parcels.
The County of Contra Costa owns an 8-acre parcel (APN 149-230-005). The Mount Diablo Unified School District (MDUSD) owns a 2-acre property (a portion of APN 149-230-008), over which the County holds an easement. The total 10-acre property will be owned in fee title by the County when the Oak Park Property is sold and transferred to the ultimate buyer.
